All content on this website including the logo, graphics, text, design, belong to RPPL and are the intellectual properties of RPPL are protected by appropriate legislations. No part of the content shall be copied, downloaded, transmitted or published without prior, written permission from RPPL.
RPPL may at any time modify the terms and conditions ("Terms") of the Service without any prior notification and the revised version shall be available on the site. In the event of you not agreeing to the revised terms, then you should stop using the site. By continuing the usage of this site you are agreeing to the revised terms and conditions. SHIPPING POLICY OF RPPL RPPL cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The delivery of our products will be made via our delivery partners anytime during the day. It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.
We currently ship our products pan India via our delivery partners (basis all accessible pin codes). For any further assistance regarding delivery, please call RPPL on +91-8657303303.
The timeline of delivery for successfully placed orders is within 7 working days of placing the order.
While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details.
- Name of the recipient
- Flat number/bungalow number
- Name of the building
- Name of the road/street/marg
- Contact number landline/mobile
- Proper/familiar land mark
- Email address
After the order is accepted by RPPL, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. Any changes to the delivery address will only be entertained within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
No Deliveries will be made on Sundays and some Prescribed holidays.
Since we ship through different courier partners, each one has a different policy when it comes to reattempts, but all of them attempt delivery at least 3 times.
RPPL will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases :
- Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers
- Non availability of the recipients at the address
- Premises locked.
- Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery agent of RPPL
- Addressee refused to accept the products.
- Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/Reception/Neighbor, based on the instructions from the customer.
- In case of civil disturbances, floods, Heavy Rains, National Bandh or in happening any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.
CANCELLATIONRequest for cancellation of confirmed order can be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Any request post this will not be entertained. To cancel an order, the customer must mail the following details – Name, Order ID & Contact Number to firstname.lastname@example.org or call on +91-8657303303.
How are orders shipped?Since our products are ambient, we offer shipping pan India. We also offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 600 after discount.
How are COD orders shipped?After an order is placed, our courier partner, WareIQ, will send you an order verification request via email and SMS at your registered contact details. As per their standard policy, they will dispatch the order within 24 hours of receiving confirmation in response to their messages. Please note, We currently offer cash on delivery payment options for all orders except those containing fresh dips. We are only able to dispatch fresh dips as part of prepaid orders.
Can I edit, cancel, or return my order? For cancellations and address revisions, please email us within the first 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products.
How long does shipping take?Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in a damaged condition?If you receive a damaged order, please call our customer care at +91-8657303303 or email us at email@example.com, mentioning your Order ID. Please share a clear image of the damaged products as well, otherwise we will be unable to process a resolution.
