1. What was that one thing that had you believe in what you were doing and that was the right thing for you?

All I wanted to do was help people, inspire people to be better versions of themselves. Be it emotionally, mentally or physically. Because I know that my intensions are pure and we all need to heal.

2. Could you share with us the struggles that you faced, right when you started. What helped you overcome them?

Naturally I’m very insecure. So before I would do anything I would already think “I can’t do it” or “someone else can do a better job” which would destroy my motivation.

So for the longest time I didn’t do anything I took the easy way out and I was comfortable but then I realized that I wasn’t growing and that was getting to me. That’s when I had to face my self mentally and emotionally to grow. To not be stuck. It’s a daily conversation with myself to build myself up and do something. But if I didn’t then I wouldn’t have pushed myself this far.

3. How do you define strength? Could you tell us more about your strengths and the course of developing them as an inspiration for our readers?

Strength is knowing what suffering feels like and learning to rise above it. It’s about being kicked down over and over again and having absolutely no idea how you’re going to get yourself back up, but somehow always do. It’s about believing in yourself. Believing in yourself so passionately that you’re not afraid of facing the situation at hand. Strength is telling yourself that you are good enough, brave enough, and strong enough to overcome that obstacle. Because you can. It’s realizing that you are capable of whatever you set your mind to. Strength is persevering.

Strength is about being a fighter. It’s about continuing to fight even though you know you’re losing the battle. It’s about losing, but then coming out stronger. It’s the little voice inside of your head telling you that you always have to be willing to fight, and fight hard. Strength is having the power and goal-oriented mindset to chase your dreams. Because, honestly, you’ll never know unless you try. It’s about not letting your adversities and setbacks hold you down, but rather understanding that you are in control of your own destiny and happiness.

Strength is having hope where hope was once lost and holding onto faith even through the darkest of times. It’s about finding the strength to move forward and leave your past behind, but never forgetting how you got to where you are in this moment in time. It’s about taking each experience, the good and the bad, and learning a valuable lesson from it. It’s about being able to accept the circumstances we cannot humanly change. And, most importantly, strength is about the ability to find the beauty in every little perfect and imperfect aspect of your beautiful life.

4. Have you ever faced a situation where you thought “It would have been easier if I were a guy”. How did you overcome it?

So many.

The fact that If I didn’t have boobs or a vagina life would be easier, especially to do a profession like mine which is fitness.

I overcame it by embracing every part of me being a woman and loving her. And being a woman is powerful all of us women forget what a warrior goddess we are.

5. I believe a woman can _________.

Do anything she puts her mind to. She is both fire and water. The fire is where she gets her passion from. It Is what fuels her. The fire is what makes her never settle for anything she doesn’t deserve. She is pure and gentle like water and ever flowing and ever growing. Water is what makes her want to change and constantly evolve as a human being.

A woman can love and heal herself and in the process heal the evolution of women. We as woman will build girls and women but also boys and men to be better versions of themselves. So in the process We build the whole of human kind to choose love and kindness. Intelligence and to be rational is how we will empower humans. And this is our strength.
