5 COCKTAILS USING POMEGRANATE JUICE.

POMIMOSA

  • INGREDIENTS
  • RAW Pomegranate Juice : 60 ml
  • Pomegranate arils/seeds : 1 tbsp
  • Sparkling wine : 90 ml
  • Brown sugar : 1 tsp
  • METHOD
  • In a champagne flute, add in the brown sugar, pomegranate juice, arils & mix it well.
  • Top it off with sparkling wine.

POM SANGRIA

  • INGREDIENTS
  • RAW Pomegranate Juice : 500 ml
  • Pomegranate arils/seeds : 50 gms
  • Red wine : 750 ml
  • Honey : 2 tbsp
  • Lemons : 2 nos
  • Valencia Orange : 1 big
  • Apple : 2 medium
  • Cinnamon stick : 2 inch long
  • Star anise : 4 nos
  • METHOD
  • Slice lemons, & orange. De-seed & cut apple into chunks.
  • In a glass pitcher, lightly muddle together the sliced fruits, pomegranate arils, honey, & cinnamon.
  • Pour the pomegranate juice on top & mix.
  • Add in the red wine, mix, & place in the fridge to chill for 6-24 hours.
  • Serve chilled.

SPICY POM MARGARITA

  • INGREDIENTS
  • RAW Pomegranate Juice : 120 ml
  • Tequila : 60 ml
  • Triple sec : 15 ml
  • Lime juice : 10 ml
  • Jalapeno : 1
  • Brown sugar : 1 tsp
  • Salt : 1 tsp
  • Paprika : 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes
  • METHOD
  • Slice jalapeno. Rub the margarita glass rim with lime & cover it with salt and paprika.
  • Using a blender, blend together a slice of jalapeno, brown sugar, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, pomegranate juice, & ice.
  • Pour in the prepared glass & garnish with sliced jalapeno.

POM PUNCH

  • INGREDIENTS
  • RAW Pomegranate Juice : 750 ml
  • RAW Grapefruit juice : 250 ml
  • Vodka : 750 ml
  • Wingreens Basil leaves : 30 gms
  • Honey : 30 ml
  • Lime juice : 60 ml
  • Lemons : 2 nos
  • Valencia oranges : 2 nos
  • Green apples : 2 nos
  • METHOD
  • Slice the lemons & oranges. Cut the apples into bite sized chunks.
  • In a punch bowl, mix the cut fruits with honey, basil leaves, & lime juice.
  • Pour the grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice & vodka over the mixed fruits & chill before serving.

FROZEN POM

  • INGREDIENTS
  • RAW Pomegranate Juice : 120 ml
  • RAW Grapefruit juice : 120 ml
  • Vodka : 60 ml
  • Rose’ wine : 90 ml
  • Lemon juice : 15 ml
  • Ice cubes : 1 cup
  • METHOD
  • In a blender, place all ingredients & blend them into a slushie-like texture.
  • Serve in a chilled glass garnished with a slice of lime.
