Summers call for succulent mangoes that you just can’t say no to. In the quest of eating as many mangoes as you can in just a couple of months, we try adding them to every possible thing. (We go crazy and we know it!) This season was no different, except one thing. This time, we went on to create mango recipe with fresh cold-pressed mango juice, instead of the fruit so you can enjoy the heavenly fruit throughout the year and not just for the couple of months it’s available. 1. Mango Lassi –

Assi, tussi te Mango Lassi! The glass of lassi just becomes more flavourful when you add the heavenly fruit, mango to it. Here’s how you can make the ‘indian milkshake’ with the mango twist.

Ingredients for Mango Lassi –

½ cup chopped mangoes
½ cup curd
1 tablespoon honey
250 ml RAW Pressery Mango Juice
1 teaspoon chopped pistachios
3 teaspoon whisked curd
Mint leaves for garnishing

How to prepare Mango Lassi –

Add ½ cup mangoes along with curd and honey in a blender. Add 250 ml RAW Pressery Mango Juice and blend the mixture till it becomes think, smooth and consistent. Pour in glasses and serve chilled with chopped pistachios, whisked curd and mint leaves

2. Mango Lemonade –

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. The next recipe is that simple! When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade out of it undoubtedly. Lend some mango-awesomeness to your regular lemonade to make this stand out from the rest.

Ingredients for Mango Lemonade –

2 cups Ice Cubes
750 ml RAW Pressery Mango juice
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
3-4 Lemon Slices
3-4 Orange Slices
½ cup Chopped Mangoes
¼ cup Mint Leaves
½ cup Chilli Salt for garnishing (Chilli powder & regular salt)
1 lemon wedge

How To Prepare Mango Lemonade –

Add two cups of ice cubes in to a glass pitcher along with 750 ml of RAW Pressery Mango Juice. Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 3-4 lemon slices, 3-4 orange slices and ½ cup chopped mango to the pitcher. Add mint leaves and stir the mixture well. On the side, rim the serving glasses with lemon and chilli salt. Pour the Mango Lemonade in the glasses, garnish with mangoes and mint leaves and serve chilled.

3. Mango Popsicles –

Rich, creamy and flavourful, these popsicles made with fresh Mango juice are undoubtedly a treat. Take a trip down the memory lane and relive your childhood with this extremely easy and quick Mango popsicle recipe.

Ingredients for Mango Popsicles –

1 cup Chopped Mangoes
750 ml RAW Pressery Mango juice
1 cup Fresh Cream
½ cup Pomegranate arils
Mint Leaves

How to prepare Mango Popsicles –

Add some chopped mango pieces in to the popsicle moulds followed by a layer of RAW Pressery Mango Juice. Add some fresh cream on top along with pomegranate arils and mint leaves. Add another layer of the mango juice to fill up the mould completely. Add the holder and let it freeze for 4-6 hours.
