- 7-8 Ice cream sticks

- Fruits of your choice
- Dice the fruit(s) of your choice into small cubes, and place them in the mould.
- Depending on what mould you are using, insert the ice cream stick.
- Pour the coconut water into each popsicle mould, covering the fruit.
- You can also add some food colours and edible flowers to make it more colourful!
- Freeze the Popsicles for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Demould the popsicles and enjoy!!
