What you need:

  1. 1 Popsicle mould (preferably silicon so it’s easy to demould)
  2. 7-8 Ice cream sticks
  3. 2-3 Coconut water bottles
  4. Fruits of your choice 
  5. Kiwi
  6. Blueberries
  7. Strawberries
  8. Pomegranate
  9. Mango

Popsicles Recipe:

  1. Dice the fruit(s) of your choice into small cubes, and place them in the mould.
  2. Depending on what mould you are using, insert the ice cream stick.
  3. Pour the coconut water into each popsicle mould, covering the fruit.
  4. You can also add some food colours and edible flowers to make it more colourful!
  5. Freeze the Popsicles for a minimum of 3 hours.
  6. Demould the popsicles and enjoy!!
