There are many studies which show meal replacement in liquid form can help people on their weight loss journey. But just replacing solid meals with liquid isn’t enough; it also depends heavily on what exactly is included in these liquid diets.

While smoothies are known to be healthy, there are certain ingredients which when added to smoothies, they tend to reduce, if not diminish the health benefits offered by other ingredients in the smoothie.

  1. A. GREEN COCO SMOOTHIE
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • RAW Pressery Coconut water – 300 ml
  • Banana – 1 nos
  • Kale – 1 cup
  • Kiwi – 1 nos
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • METHOD:
  • In a blender, add all the ingredients & blend until a smooth, thick texture is achieved.
  1. B. COCO BERRY SMOOTHIE
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • RAW Pressery Coconut water – 300 ml
  • Kiwi – 2 nos
  • Strawberries – 2 cups
  • Blueberries – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1 nos
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves – ¼ cup
  • Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup
  • METHOD:
  • In a blender, add all the ingredients & blend until a smooth, thick texture is achieved.
  1. C. COCO CARROT SMOOTHIE
  • INGREDIENTS:

  • Carrot – 2 nos
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Spinach – 2 cup
  • Apple – 1 nos
  • Walnuts – 5 nos
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Sea Salt – 1 tsp
  • METHOD:
